I deeply regretted two years ago why i did not join Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) together with my best friend but i am truly happy that this is not my lifetime’s woes.
Joining Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) is the best decision i have ever made in my life and sometimes looking back how i wish i have joined right from the start . Being an adviser with another company before, i have never enjoyed what i am doing as much as being in Peter Tan Organization (PTO®). No doubt i have to start all over again, but I feel joy being in this organization and doing the things I need to do for this business. 2008 has been a bad year for me, i lost my direction and even attempted to quit the business until i read the Super Achievers Book , it gave me greater confidence to open my option to Peter Tan Organization (PTO®). Looking at how my best friend grow in the organisation always put me to deep thoughts of what is it that create such a great difference in both of us. I have always wondered how positive she can be and how happy she is to do roadshow etc .. every things seems easy and possible in her mind and i can never understand why and i have to agree with her until i join i can never know the experience of being part of Peter Tan Organization (PTO®). Thoughts of why the organisation seems like a fun and family oriented place and why the folks here are so driven and always set higher standards for themselves and why there is so much opportunities and entrepreneur spirit just all came to light to me once i attended the base camp. 2008 has been a bad year for me , i lost my direction and even attempted to quit the business until i read the Super Achievers Book , it gave me greater confidence to open my option to Peter Tan Organization (PTO®).
After attending the base camp and have more interaction with my boss, Shanny ,i began to feel that i want to be part of this family . No words can describe how i felt at the base camp. The videos played of advisers sharing their experience jus WOWed me. Whats more wowing is the pledge. The pledge is something that i always hoped to see in a organisation . Being a rather affectionate person , i hoped that the organisation that i will be in would be a place where people interact freely and openly and show appreciation and to know the reason we are here . The pledge is touching and act as a reminder of how our life should be run. And in a way i feel the pledge sets as a motivator to lift me up when i am down.It deeply impressed me of how the organisation is being run and i just made a silent promise that i want to be in this family. The values being shared from the pledge make me realise that in order to give my mother a better lifestyle I have to make a right decision rather than being a floating soul .
Now that i am in Peter Tan Organization (PTO®), i asked myself why i can do things with more joy and more effective many times. Even when friends ask me why i just can’t find words to describe. I guess it’s the synergy and the culture of the organisation that impacted me . Everybody just work with joy over here and without complaints so u will be the crazy one that is lazy and not working. And most importantly to be able to be under the leadership of a great and wise man would definitely be a plus point. Its a great honour that i am here with all of the Peter Tan Organization (PTO®)-rians.I guess i can go on and on with how good Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) is so before my laptop runs out of battery......
Last but not least, the reason i join Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) is that i want to be part of a organisation that makes a difference and dare to be different. And i know i will regain joy and happiness as a person being in Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) and to my family. Visit me @ petertan.com.sg
